Create awareness:

Talks begin with a short exercise to help advisors focus on the challenges of changing behaviour.

Focus on implementation:

Dan concludes with five best practices for implementation. As part of that, each participant completes a 90 day action plan which they discuss with the colleague beside them.

Build in follow-up:

The first thirty days after a presentation are critical to make change happen. Dan helps each advisor create a follow-up plan to translate their takeaways into action. And where feasible, he participates in a follow-up conference call to reinforce key ideas and focus on early success stories.
